The subject of the performance of the public contract within this procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement according to § 131 ZZVZ between the contracting authority and one participant in the procurement procedure, on the basis of which a public contract will be awarded for the services of the warranty and post-warranty service of vehicles of the Ambulance Service of the Karlovy Vary Region. The subject of the performance of the public contract awarded on the basis of the framework agreement are the services of warranty and post-warranty service and maintenance of vehicles incl. tire service and delivery of the required tires for the vehicles of the Medical Rescue Service of the Karlovy Vary Region, a contribution organization, for a period of 3 years from the date of conclusion of the framework contract for the work, to the extent specified in Annex No. 2 of this Call. The contract will be concluded with one participant, provided that all contractual conditions are defined in this framework contract. Fulfillment will take place gradually on the basis of a written request (order) to provide partial fulfillment according to the needs of the client.
