The procurement includes construction contracts regarding land and construction contracts within streets, squares and green areas. Assignments can include, for example, VA, electrical installations, terracing and flood protection for Vellinge municipality. Simpler house construction such as a superstructure for a pumping station, public toilets and reserve power plants may occur. The customer does not guarantee any volumes for the framework agreement, but estimates that its value may amount to SEK 125 million per year. Framework agreements are signed with eight (8) suppliers, provided that so many valid tenders are received. The contract period for the framework agreement is 1+1+1+1=4 years. The framework agreement has a combined tender procedure where assignments with an estimated cost of up to SEK 2 million in project cost must be tendered according to ranking. For assignments exceeding SEK 2 million, calls for tenders must be made through renewed competition to the six (6) highest-ranked framework agreement suppliers.
