Part 2: Procurement of medical tank liquid oxygen for the Külső Klinikai Tömb and KKT Urology Clinic. Continuous supply of liquid oxygen in sanitary tanks for a period of 36 months or until the limit quantity is exhausted (914,536 nm3 (standard cubic meters), approx. 846 nm3 per day). The bidder is responsible for the installation and maintenance of the 2 storage tanks and the continuous filling of the tanks. Medical liquid oxygen must be provided in the quality of the current Hungarian pharmacopoeia. The express expectation of the winning bidder is that it must continuously supply liquid oxygen during the entire duration of the tank exchange. In the procedure and in the documents that are part of it, the delivery doses given in standard cubic meters (Nm3) are to be understood in cubic meters of gaseous medium based on an atmospheric pressure of 1.01325 bar and a temperature of 15°C, even if the delivery takes place in a liquid state. For the winning Bidder, the Bidder requires that, in the event of a change of service provider, it installs a tank of the same size as the current one (6 m3 each), together with an evaporator of a suitable size and a remote tank monitoring device. (Maximum oxygen intake: 500 Nm3/h) If a new tank is not installed, starting from the effective date of the contract, the Bidder is obliged to provide continuous remote monitoring of the filling level of the liquid medical oxygen tank during the entire duration of the contract. The Bidder requests that the data of the remote monitoring system be shared on the website, in such a way that each of the relevant organizational units can see the data of its own tank, and the Bidders Service Directorate can monitor the filling level of all the tanks. The successful Bidder shall be responsible for planning, authorizing, and carrying out the installation of the tanks, as well as the related tasks and costs. The filling level of the liquid oxygen tank (the amount of oxygen stored in the tank compared to the volume of the tank) must not fall below 20%, in order to ensure the safety of the supply. Even in the absence of a case-by-case order, the winning Bidder is obliged to ensure during the duration of the contract that the amount of stored oxygen does not fall below 20% compared to the capacity of the installed liquid oxygen tank. In the event of a change of service provider, the Bidder is obliged to install a new tank within 150 days after the conclusion of the contract, with the provision that the supply must be provided continuously during the installation. This service is billed at the unit price of liquid oxygen. If the tenderer is unable to ensure the continuous supply of liquid oxygen, it is considered a serious breach of contract, for which the Tenderer may withdraw from the Contract or terminate it with immediate effect. At the same time as the installation of the new tank, the Bidder is obliged to provide continuous remote monitoring of the filling level of the liquid medical oxygen tank - in addition to the continuous maintenance of the supply obligation. The winning Bidder must have a drug marketing license issued by the National Center for Public Health and Pharmaceuticals by the time the contract is concluded at the latest. The bidder must declare that the offered products comply with the relevant, currently valid Pharmacopoeia regulations /Ph.Hg.VIII./ (such as the purity, humidity and pollution of the gases). The Bidder carries out priority health care activities, and therefore stipulates that the Bidder needs to ensure the availability of the resources necessary for charging three times a day for up to 30 days, taking into account the fulfillment of the life-saving liquid oxygen order within 4 hours. The successful Bidder will install the recovery tank belonging to the tanktask. The winning Bidder or the subcontractor performing the gas network review must have the 4/2009. (III.17.)
