Republic of the philippines province of leyte municipality of albuera brgy. san pedro, albuera, leyte office of the bids and awards committee invitation to bid the brgy. san pedro of albuera, leyte through its bids and awards committee invites interested suppliers to apply for eligibility and to bid for the supply and delivery of one (1) lot various materials for construction of level ii potable water system with approved budget of the contract (abc) in the amount of two hundred thirty six thousand five hundred ten pesos (php 236,510.00 )through general fund. bidders should have satisfactory experience in undertaking this kind of activity within the last two years with an amount of at least 50% of this proposed procurement for bidding. the eligibility check/screening as well as preliminary examination of bids use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. post qualification of the lowest bid shall be conducted. all particulars relative to statement of screening, bid security, performance security, pre-bidding conference, evaluation of bids, post qualification of award of contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of r.a. 9184 and its implementing rules and regulation (irr). the complete schedule of procurement activities is listed, as follows: activities date time place 1 invitation to bid/request for expression of interest (advertisement in philgeps) sept. 29, 2026 – oct. 19, 2026 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. brgy. hall of brgy. san pedro, albuera, leyte 2 issuance of eligibility & bidding documents (availability of bidding documents) sept. 29, 2026 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. brgy. hall of brgy. san pedro, albuera, leyte 3 submission & receipt of bids (includes opening of bids and eligibility check) oct. 19, 2026 8:15 a.m. brgy. hall of brgy. san pedro, albuera, leyte bid documents shall be issued upon payment of non-refundable amount of five hundred pesos (php500.00) to the brgy. treasurer. late bids shall not be accepted. bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. the brgy. san pedro of albuera, leyte reserves the right to reject any or all bids without offering any reason, to waive any formality or technicality, and to award to any bidder whose proposal is deemed most advantageous. the brgy. san pedro of albuera, leyte neither assumes any obligation whatsoever to compensate and indemnify bidders for any loss or expense incurred in the preparation of their respective bids, nor does the brgy. san pedro of albuera, leyte guarantee that an award will be made. approved by: walter c. de leon bac chairman
