Contract Description
The object of this centralized purchase consists in the purchase by ONAC of mobile telephony services (voice and data) and terminals, on behalf of and for the Users-Purchasers mentioned in Section I.2) Joint purchase and the Appendices to Section B - Specification, in compliance with Law 296/2023 according to which the price of the terminal cannot exceed 500 lei without VAT and the price of a subscription cannot exceed 35 lei without VAT. The period of service provision is 36 months from the date of conclusion of the framework agreement. The details of the services are presented in the Specifications. Deadlines
