Description & Project Overview
The Insurance Authority currently uses the Spreadya platform for training and onboarding new employees. Through this competition, the Authority seeks to expand the current license to include other categories of beneficiaries. This comes as part of its work to develop the training system, raise the efficiency of its current employees, and prepare new joiners. The project aims to transform the platform into an academy that serves the Authority’s employees, the entities subject to its supervision, and those working in the insurance sector. The academy is used to manage training programmes, courses and paths, manage learners and trainers, conduct assessments, issue certificates, and follow up on the progress of trainees. It also supports the management of the onboarding journey of new employees with its stages and requirements, and is integrated with the relevant systems and platforms according to the Authority’s needs. Activity: Training activities.
