The clients and HANS GmbH are contractual partners of the "Elbe-Altmark" (ELA II) transport contract on the Tangermünde-Stendal and Rathenow-Stendal routes in the Elbe-Altmark II network (TED: 220635-2021), which was concluded on March 31, 2021 as the result of a competitive procurement process.
