Contract Description
Framework agreement for the provision of food products p, in order to satisfy the food needs of the persons assisted within the contracting authority. Economic operators participating in the public procurement procedure can submit offers for one or more lots. The technical-financial offer will be drawn up with the unit price without VAT of each product from the specifications for the maximum quantities requested. The number of days before the deadline for receiving offers until economic operators can request clarifications - 5 days. The contracting authority will respond accordingly
