The contracting authority shall implement a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as DNS). The subject of the public contract is the supply of cationic asphalt emulsion for local repairs of the road surface by jet method. The subject matter, technical conditions, evaluation criteria, deadline and place of performance, commercial and payment conditions of individual public contracts awarded in DNS will always be specified in the Call for Tenders pursuant to § 141 of Law No 134/2016 Coll.
