The Government of the Republic of Congo received a loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) to cover the cost of the Electricity Services Improvement Project and intends to allocate part of the resources granted under this loan to finance the service contract of a design office for the realization of two (02) Environmental and Social Impact Studies (ESIA) of the rehabilitation, strengthening and extension of MV/LV distribution networks, rehabilitation and construction of MV/LV transformer stations, as well as installation of 10,000 LED lighting fixtures in Brazzaville and Pointe-Noire. 2.
