Estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that could be requested during the entire framework agreement: minimum quantities 1 cp, maximum quantities 300 cp Estimated calendar (frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded): Subsequent contracts will be concluded in the cascade depending on the needs and the financial provisions allocated for this purpose: monthly/semesterly/quarterly. In the event that the economic operator, the signatory of this framework agreement ranked 1st, does not have the capacity to fully respond to the request (impossibility of securing the entire requested quantity, non-compliance with the assumed conditions regarding quality, delivery term, price, validity, etc.), the contracting authority will send requests to the occupier of the 2nd place, and in case of denial/lack of response from him, to the occupier of the 3rd place (when the framework agreement is signed with 3 economic operators), following that the economic operator(s) ranked 1st, 2nd and/or 3rd must bear for the non-fulfillment of the obligations assumed in his/her responsibility, the provisions of art. 111 par. (2) and (3) of H.G. 395/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions.
