The contracting authority reserves the right to impose a contract on the contracting entity in respect of the contracted part. The contract will be executed in accordance with the current needs of the Contractor. However, the value of the service of the Party complying with the contract shall not be less than 70% of the total gross sales value of each contracting party (each contracting Party) (Annex I-XVI). The above does not apply in the event of the cancellation of the tender by the contractant as a result of a dispute as to the manufacture of the product or the delivery of the goods or services in question.
