İller Bankası A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as "Lender or Main Implementor or ILBANK") has obtained a loan from the World Bank (IBRD) (hereinafter referred to as "Main Creditor or Bank or IBRD") to be used within the scope of the Turkey Earthquake, Flood and Fire Emergency Reconstruction Project (hereinafter referred to as "TEFWER"). İller Bankası A.Ş. Izmir Metropolitan Municipality (hereinafter referred to as Administration/Employer) intends to use a part of the loan for payments within the scope of the "Excavator, Lowbed and Dozer Purchase (Contract No. İZMİR-G4)" work. Izmir Metropolitan Municipality invites bidders to submit sealed bids for the vehicles listed below, in line with the World Bank Procurement Principles and Procedures. The planned contract period is 180 (one hundred and eighty) days for all Lot 1, Lot 2, Lot 3, Lot 4 and Lot 7. For Lot 5 and Lot 6 it is 120 (one hundred and twenty) days. Bids will cover all the issues described in the tender document and will be evaluated within this framework. Price offers will be evaluated separately for each Lot.
