The sanitation of the passenger buildings, pedestrian tunnels, alleys, green areas is carried out in the spaces used by the traveling public transiting through the CF stations of the SRCF Brasov range, offices, meeting/protocol halls, access halls and sanitation groups, garbage ramp, parking lots, etc. and consists of specific operations for this activity (treatment/sweeping, washing, disinfecting, garb collection, green area entry, etc.) as well as the provision/delivery of specific sanitation materials to groups. The provision of the sanitation service will be carried out at the SCRF Brasova area, in the following locations: Brasov, Sectia, IFTE, Sector 1, The details of the route are described in the section of the CTA.the terms and conditions of the framework agreement are 3 years (36 months) for each lot and is set out in the model framework agreement in Article 3 The term of the Framework Agreement. Subsequent contracts shall be awarded annually with a variable duration: the minimum duration of the subsequent contract shall be 3 months and the maximum shall be 12 months. The conditions for the performance of the contract: - for each batch shall be laid down in the contract models and in the terms of the tasks. Payment terms and penalties: shall be carried out in accordance with Article 11 Payment methods and Article 12 Penalties and interest damages in a manner minimized.(a) Estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that could be requested during the whole framework agreement: - minimum quantity: 24 months; - maximum quantity; - 36 months The estimated total value of the framework agreement - 3 years (36 months): LOT 1-Brasov Calatori, IFTE Section, CT Section 1, Section L1 - maximum value - RON 1,903,581,72 VAT-free; - minimum value -RON 1,623,387,24 VAT- free. (b) Estimacies of the maximum and minimum quantities which could be the subject of a single subsequent contract of the duration to be allocated under the framework agreements: Estimations of the amounts are provided for in the tasks No 108/104/104/207/TE and No 103/20/TE: the following are the maximum quantties of the following items:The maximum quantity of the largest subsequent contract is 12 months;  the minimum quantity for the smallest subsequent contracts is 3 months. Was in the task book: *Annex 12 provided for in the Task book No. 810/5/1014/27.10.2023 with CTE Notice No. 490/13.11.2023 will not be taken into account as the surfaces have been combined with Annex 2 respectively Annex 2B. **General SG subsidisation will be carried out for 1 x 6 months, for all lots c) Estimation of the value of the smalgest subsequent Contract to be allocated over the duration of framework agreement: Estimates of the values (of the lease/performance) min. and sub-section: LOT 1 / 2B The maximum value of contract of the biggest subsection is 6324 lei/percentage of the minimum value of lease of the least subsequent maximum is 634 lei/7.Subsequent contract is RON 131,856.75 *The minimum values of the smallest subsequent contract are only values for current, periodic 1 and periodic 2 healthcare.
