Systematic registration services in the Integrated System of Land Registers and Land Register of Stage 3 buildings - 246 UAT-hours, through the Regional Operational Programme - Major project on Enhancing the coverage and inclusion of the property registration system in rural areas of Romania Systematic registration services in the Integrated System of Land Register and Land Map of buildings located in UAT Sarichioi, Judet Tulcea. The estimated area of Lot 243: 25.216 ha. The main stages of providing systematic registration/lot services are: organising systematic cadastral works, land recognition, preparing the preliminary report, public information campaign, identifying the boundaries of buildings, setting the boundary limits of buildings in the intersection, preparation of the building data, identification of owners and collection of records, preparations of the technical documentation, preparating the technical documents of the public, updating the cadastrals, and rectification of the cadastrual documents.
The main stages of providing the systematic registration services consist of: organising systematic cadastral works, land recognition, preparation of the preliminary report, public information campaign, identification of the boundaries of the buildings, setting limits of the intersecting buildings, establishing the boundary of the building, preparing the buildings excavation file, identifying the owners and collecting the documents, preparations of the technical data of the cadastrals, the publication of the official technical documentation, the updating of the cadastre documents, the rectification of cadastrally relevant documents and the rectification of existing cadastration solutions.
