Appointment of a Special Techniques and Stability Design Office for the study and monitoring of the execution of the restructuring and rationalization of Practical Work (Chemistry) and classrooms for students (building B6d-chemistry practical work) - in stages

This service contract concerns the designation of a Special Techniques and Stability Design Office for the study and control of the execution of the restructuring and rationalization of Practical Work (Chemistry) and classrooms for students (building B6d-chemistry practical work), in close collaboration with the technical managers of the ULiège Real Estate Resources Administration (ARI) who are responsible for the structural work (excluding stability), completions, furniture (except laboratory fume hoods) and audiovisual equipment (material) as well as overall coordination. The project is phased (4 stages for the execution of the work). A programming study was finalized in 2025 by the ATO consultants & managers SA programming office. This is a restructuring, in STAGES, of the occupation of the Chemistry Practical Works B6d building, in order to group together on the same site the practical Chemistry work given to students, in secure and specific multi-faculty laboratories, adapted to this type of activity. This project also includes upgrades (electricity, HVAC, fume hoods, fluids, chemical storage, etc.) and the necessary technical improvements. 4 STEPS (called “stage” to avoid confusion with the phases of the mission) of work are explained in the technical documents. The guidance note attached to these specifications explains the project and includes the results of the programming study. The envelope of the B6d building has already been previously energetically renovated.
