The subject of the contract is a framework agreement for the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents, i.e. the repair of restraint systems and other components and accessories of the highway after traffic accidents for SSÚD 05, 20. The contract (framework agreement) is issued for the purpose of ensuring repairs to damage to safety devices and road equipment, i.e. restraint systems (rescue barriers), and also to ensure the repair of minor damages caused as a result of traffic accidents. Repairs to the above-mentioned equipment and damage must be carried out in order to permanently ensure the required safety standards of the PK, to ensure the correct functionality of the safety devices and equipment of the PK, but also of the PK as a whole, i.e. all components and equipment of the PK, which are normally damaged during DN (surface sewers, shafts, unpaved shoulder, etc.). Repairs must always be carried out regularly after a traffic accident, because traffic accidents naturally occur when driving on a highway. Considering that the occurrence of traffic accidents cannot be predicted, it is necessary to have the repairs contractually ensured by the framework agreement. The framework agreement also serves to contract the immediate elimination of emergency situations of safety equipment.
