The purpose of the contract is annual maintenance, requests for configuration, acquisition of new modules and training related to the AIRS Courriers and ADEL Délib software packages. The description of the services and their technical specifications are indicated in the CCTP. The holder holds the exclusive rights for configurations, technical and functional assistance, maintenance contracts, Premium assistance contracts, training, specific developments and additional modules.
