Contract Description
The Municipality of Balchik announces a procedure for awarding a public contract - Negotiation without prior notice, on the basis of Art. 18, para. 1, item 8, under the conditions of art. 79, para. 1, item 7 of the Law on Public Procurement, as the subject of the order is the delivery of goods that are traded on a commodity exchange, according to a list approved by Resolution No. 191 of the Council of Ministers of 29.07.2016 for approving a list of goods under Art. 79, para. 1, item 7 and art. 191, para. 1, item 6 of the Law on Public Procurement, namely fuel for heating buildings for the needs of the Municipality of Balchik.
