The object of the contract is the supply of Milk and dairy products, respectively UHT Milk and Yoghurt, within the Romanian School Program, for preschoolers from authorized/accredited state and private accredited kindergartens with a normal 4-hour program and for students from state and private primary and secondary schools, as well as for preschoolers and students included in special education in Brașov County (except the Municipality of Brașov), during the school years 2025-2026, 2026-2027, 2027-2028, 2028-2029, in accordance with the GD. no. 652/2023 and of the HCJ. Brașov no. 263/2024. During the week, a preschooler/student is given 3 portions of milk - UHT (on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays), 2 portions of dairy products - Yoghurt (on Thursdays, Fridays) free of charge. The delivery time for all types of products is 7:30-9:30. They will conclude max. 6 framework agreements for a period of 4 years, per product type, per 6 distribution areas. Subsequent contracts will be concluded for each school year.
