The Ministry of the Presidency (MINPRE) invites eligible Bidders to submit Bids in sealed envelopes for the modernization of the vertical geodetic reference frame and the establishment of the Dominican Republic High Precision Leveling Network (RNAPRD), including the analysis and proposal of the vertical geodetic reference frame, detailed design, field reconnaissance and monumentation of level banks (BM), high precision geometric leveling measurements and GNSS, processing and adjustment, final catalog of coordinates and heights, training and transfer of knowledge, in accordance with the technical requirements, products, deliverables, quality standards, deadlines, execution conditions and other provisions established in the bidding document. The contract includes one (1) single lot. The expected execution period is twelve (12) months from the Start Date of the Services, in accordance with the schedule and milestones established in Section VII. The tender will be carried out through international competitive procurement, ut
