Contract Description
The subject of fulfillment within the framework of the procurement procedure is the continuous supply of fuel - diesel fuel to the contractor's above-ground tanks (bencalor), including transport to all sites the contracting authority. The purchase agreement (hereinafter also the "agreement") will be concluded for a period of 48 months. Maximum the value of the supplies provided is stated in the Purchase Agreement and upon reaching this the border ceases to be effective. The delivered object of performance must meet the requirements of ČSN EN 590+A1. Expected volume of deliveries, duration of the Purchase Agreement and more detailed specifications of the item performance related to the classes of supplied diesel fuel is specified in Appendix No. 2 in the binding
