The list of activities that will be carried out during the period of the framework agreement can be found described at the level of the specifications and consist of design services consisting of technical expertise, energy audit and the initial energy performance certificate, approval documentation for intervention works, feasibility study, detailed urban plan, documentation for obtaining the approvals required in the urban planning certificate and technical documentation for authorizing construction works, technical project and details of execution, technical assistance, energy performance certificate at the end of the works and the designers point of view, for existing constructions and extensions, new constructions. Estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that could be requested during the entire framework agreement and of those that could be the subject of a single subsequent contract among those to be awarded during the framework agreement can be found in the annexes of the specifications. (motivated by the fact that SEAP imposes restrictions regarding the number of characters that can be completed electronically.)
