1. The subject of the contract is the feeding service of pupils together with the dining service at the 340th Primary School of Professor Bogusław Molski. 2. The detailed description of the subject of this contract is given in Annex 1 to the SWZ. 3. Meals will be prepared in the kitchens operated by the Contractor located in: 1) Building A (entrance at Bażantarni Street) at Lokisky Street 3 in (02-793) Warsaw; and 2) Building B (entry at Belgrade Street) on Lokisky street 3 in Warsaw (02-93); - which will be rented by the contractor on the basis of the project contract, which is specified in Annex 2 to the WZZ.4. The contracting authority applies to this contract a social clause pursuant to Article 95 (1) of the Law on Pzp. The contractant requires that the Contractor or Subcontractor be employed under an employment contract by persons who, during the performance of the contract, perform the following activities: 1) preparing and preparing meals; 2) preparing dishes; 3) preparing a menu; - except in the case of the above-mentioned activity, the Contracting authority shall be a physical person5. In accordance with the Decree No 1302/2017 of the President of the Republic of Warsaw of 3 August 2017 on the establishment of conditions for the use of the dining rooms in pre-schools and schools in the Republic and the authorisation of the directors of schools and kindergartens to exempt meals: 1) the total fee for the entrance to the boiler in the pre-primary school section shall not be higher than 17 gross; 2) the total charge for the boiling room in the primary school shall not exceed 15 gross.
