Purchase of monthly tickets on regular lines for children and teenagers commuting to educational institutions in the commune and city of Lwówek Śląski, along with providing care from September 1, 2026 to June 30, 2029.
1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in transporting children fulfilling school and kindergarten obligations from the area of the commune of Lwówek Śląski, together with providing care, to educational institutions located in the commune of Lwówek Śląski and transporting them after school to the bus stop located in the town of residence. Transport will be provided on the basis of purchased monthly tickets with priority for children and teenagers. The journeys will be carried out by public transport on regular lines. Transport will be provided from September 1, 2026 to June 30, 2029, on all school days, i.e. on weekdays, except Saturdays, holidays and other public holidays, as well as breaks in the implementation of teaching and educational activities, specified on the basis of the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of National Education, excluding winter holidays. The purchase of monthly tickets does not cover holiday breaks, i.e. July - August.
