The contract covers the collection of municipal waste from residential properties and the collection and transport of waste from public places in the municipality of Stara Targ to the Regional Waste Processing Facility (RIPOK), i.e. the Waste Recycling Facility of Sp. z o.o. Gilwa Mała 8, 82-500 Kwidzyn, as well as the establishment, equipment, operation and management of the Selective Waste Collection Point (SPCP), in accordance with the requirements and conditions of the implementation method, as detailed in the Contract Description constituting Annex 1 to the contract and Draft Agreement No. 8 to the SWZP annexed to the Agreement.
