Contract Description
The aim of this procurement procedure is the introduction of a dynamic purchasing system (DNS), in which individual public contracts for the supply of packaged asphalt mixture ACO 8 and ACO 11 for road maintenance will subsequently be awarded. Asphalt mixtures will be collected at the additional location (place of delivery). The cost of taking over the asphalt mixtures at the place of delivery is borne by the client. Quantitative and type definition of the subject of individual public contracts awarded in DNS will always be stated in the invitation to submit an offer for an individual contract awarded in DNS (§ 141 of the Act).
