1) The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 663 - "Forest Act"), covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, nursery, seed production, hunting, meadow and agricultural management, nature protection, tourist development along with accompanying works to be performed in the area Miłomłyn Forest District in 2027. 2) The material scope of the subject of the order includes the total amount of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, nursery, seed production, hunting, meadow and agricultural management, nature protection, tourist development along with accompanying works resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 3) The material scopes listed in the annexes included in Annex No. 2 are estimates. 4) Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 5) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the order are described in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 6) The description of the principles of the procedure for accepting forest works is included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 7) The subject of the order was divided into 7 parts ("Package"). The Contractor may submit an offer for one or more Packages. However, the offer submitted for a given Package must cover the entire scope of work provided for in the SWZ for this Package. 8) The place of implementation of the subject of the order will be the administrative area of ​​the Miłomłyn Forest District.
