Contract Description
Delivery of active electrical energy and performance of the functions of coordinator of a standard balancing group for the needs of BAS and independent units of BAS. The order is announced as a joint award, according to Art. 8 of the ZOP, respectively of the BAS and another 34 Institutes/Independent Scientific Units of the BAS. A total of 35 Contracting Parties participate in the order. On the basis of Art. 8, para. 1 of the ZOP, the BAS has concluded an Agreement for the joint award of the public procurement with all Units that will participate in the procurement, according to which the BAS organizes and financially ensures the overall implementation of the public procurement, and
