HIRING A COMPANY TO CARRY OUT REVITALIZATION WORKS AT LAGO ELDORADO, LOCATED IN JARDIM RENASCER, IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAPIRATIBA/SP The purpose of this contract is to carry out concreting services for the remaining section of the sidewalk around Lake Eldorado, located in Jardim Renascer, in the Municipality of Tapiratiba/SP, as a necessary measure for the completion of the revitalization works initiated through Price Take No. 002/2022. The work was the subject of a contract signed with the company MAJ CONSTRUTORA LTDA, registered with CNPJ nº 23.903.910/0001-80. However, due to the partial non-performance of contractual obligations, the adjustment was terminated through an administrative process, which resulted in the application of the applicable penalties, with the execution of part of the services originally planned remaining pending. Therefore, it is necessary to hire a company to carry out the concreting of the remaining section of the sidewalk, in order to allow the completion of this stage of the work and ensure adequate use of the revitalized public space. The measure aims to resolve the pending issue arising from previous contractual execution, preventing the area from remaining unfinished and enabling the full delivery of services to the population.
