The Contracting Authority intends to implement a construction project entitled Strategic Business Park Cheb (hereinafter referred to as the Construction). The project documentation shall be prepared in accordance with generally binding legal regulations and to such an extent and quality that a final decision permitting the intention under Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, as amended, can be issued on its basis. The project documentation shall further be prepared to the level of detail necessary for the preparation of a tender for the implementation of the intention, so that the Contracting Authority can conduct a proper award procedure for the contractor of the intention, i.e., at least to the level of detail necessary for the preparation of a tender for the implementation of the intention within the meaning of Section 92 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on Public Procurement, as amended, and related implementing regulations (in particular Decree No. 169/2016 Coll., on determining the scope of documentation for a public contract for construction works and the list of construction works, supplies and services with a schedule of quantities, as amended). The subject of the performance is also the provision of professional cooperation to the Contracting Authority during the implementation of other activities related to the preparation and implementation of the Construction. A detailed definition of the subject of the public contract, including technical conditions in the detail necessary for the preparation of the tender, is given in the annexes to the procurement documentation.
