Subject of the specific order: Conducting a road safety audit at the Technical design stage for the site: Ring road of the city of Plovdiv - bringing it to gauge Г23.5 for Item 2: Road III-805 /Road I-8 Pazardjik - Plovdiv/ - PV Tsaratsovo - Saedinenie from km 1+460 to km 4+120, with a length of 2,660 km, on the territory of OPU Plovdiv. The purpose of the public procurement is to appoint a contractor and conclude a specific contract for its implementation. *Note: A detailed description of the subject of the public procurement is presented in the Task for conducting a road safety audit at the Technical design stage for the site: Ring road of the city of Plovdiv - bringing it to gauge Г23.5 for Ob. item 2: Road ІІІ-805 /Road І-8 Pazardzhik - Plovdiv/ - PV Tsaratsovo - Saedinenie from km 1+460 to km 4+120, with a length of 2,660 km, on the territory of OPU Plovdiv (Appendix A), annex to the Invitation for the public procurement! 2. Order and conditions for the execution of the specific procurement: 2.1. The Contracting Authority assigns, and the Contractor agrees to provide, for a fee, and under the terms of the Contract, the following services: 1. Conducting a road safety audit at the Technical design stage for the site: Ring road of the city of Plovdiv - bringing it to gauge Г23.5 for Op. 2: Road ІІІ-805 /Road І-8 Pazardzhik - Plovdiv/ - PV Tsaratsovo - Saedinenie from km 1+460 to km 4+120, with a length of 2,660 km, on the territory of OPU Plovdiv; 2. Conducting an introductory and closing meeting between representatives of the Contracting Authority and the Contractor under the Contract; 3. Preparation and presentation of a Preliminary Audit Report; 4. Preparation and presentation of a Final Audit Report containing the results of the independent, detailed, systematic inspection of the design characteristics of the road infrastructure as a result of the road safety audit of the site/project at the relevant stage of the investment process; familiarization with the subject of the Contract; performance of additional activities related to the preparation of the Contract, but related to its quality performance; 6. All other activities necessary for the execution of the subject of the Contract, referred to as Services. 2.2. The services subject to the Contract should be performed in accordance with the Terms of Reference for conducting a road safety audit at the Technical design stage for the site: Ring road of the city of Plovdiv - bringing it to gauge Г23.5 for Item 2: Road III-805 /Road I-8 Pazardzhik - Plovdiv/ - PV Tsaratsovo - Saedinenie from km 1+460 to km 4+120, with length 2,660 km, on the territory of OPU Plovdiv (Appendix A to the Invitation) and the Contractors Offer (Appendix No. 1 to the Invitation), representing an integral part of the Contract, and all other regulatory requirements applicable to the performance of the relevant activity, as well as under the conditions and within the period specified in the Contract, the Framework Agreement and the Invitation under Article 82, Paragraph 3 and Paragraph 4 of the Public Procurement Act.
