4.1. The subject of the order is the modernization of the road lighting system in the Olesno commune, as part of one public procurement. Lighting is the property of the Olesno commune under the agreement concluded with Tauron Nowe Technologie. The scope includes two tasks: Task 1 covered by co-financing under the 9th edition of the Polish Order program We Light Up Poland. Task 2 covering the modernization of lighting infrastructure financed from the Olesno Communes own funds. 4.2. The purpose of the order is to replace energy-inefficient lighting fixtures on existing supports with LED technology fixtures, replace security devices, launch the control system. The supplied equipment should be approved for trading in the European Union and have a total of ENEC, ENEC+ and ZD4i certificates. In the further part of the study, the Ordering Party specified the minimum technical and operational parameters of luminaires made in LED technology. 4.3. The number of light points intended for the task was determined on the basis of a detailed inventory - the project summary is attached to the SWZ.
