Another striking feature of the new stay concept will be a “Rhine” floor covering that guides visitors through the entire terminal. The theme of greenery is carried out through trees and planters arranged in the terminal. Furthermore, theme walls are planned in the star-shaped parts of the building, each of which is intended to present topics about Cologne or Bonn. Drywall work - cladding ventilation towers The existing terminal ventilation in the C-star will be clad with drywall shaft cladding and wooden slats. For this purpose, the existing outlets are extended to the new construction. Additionally, new gate signage will be installed on these walls and padded seating described above will be placed around the structure.
