Romania – Construction supervision services – Supervision of the design and execution contract "Oradea Metropolitan Road Ring - Lot 1: km 0+000 - 9+055 and Lot 2: Km 9+055 - 17+017"

The purpose of the contract is to provide Design and Execution Supervision services: "Oradea Metropolitan Road Ring - Lot 1: km 0+000 – 9+055 and Lot 2: Km 9+055 – 17+017" • Administration and management of the works execution contract; • The activities of the Supervisor, as they result from the provisions of the works execution contract, as it is revised by the particular conditions, the annex to the offer, additional documents, etc. review and acceptance of the Contractor's Program, machinery and equipment, construction method and materials (control of duration, quality, quantity and cost of works), etc.; The activities will be carried out according to the provisions of the Specifications and the Contractual Conditions as well as in the sense of the Contractual Conditions for the execution of works, the same contractual conditions that are used as the contractual basis for the implementation of the construction works that are the subject of this supervision. With regard to the construction contract and vis-a-vis the Contractor, the Consultant will be the Supervisor, in the sense defined by the Works Execution Contract Conditions, the Beneficiary, as defined by the Works Execution Contract Conditions, will be the Intercommunity Development Association for Metropolitan Infrastructure. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) from Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the Contracting Authority established that the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation, is 25 days before the deadline for submitting offers. AC will respond to requests for clarifications 12 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
