Tires, tubes and protective inserts for tires - DNS Tires, tubes and protective inserts for tires - DNS
The subject of sub-contracts entered in the established dynamic purchasing system will be the purchase and delivery of new tires commonly available on the market for trucks and trailers, buses, machines (agricultural, farm, construction machinery), handling equipment, passenger motor vehicles, passenger motor vehicles with four-wheel drive (SUV), light commercial vehicles (light trucks, vans (VAN)), motorcycles, ATV tires for four-wheelers, inner tubes, of protective inserts for tires and sealing rings for wheel discs, while fulfillment based on this DNS will be carried out within the entire territory of the Slovak Republic for units and facilities of the Ministry of Defense of the Slovak Republic and the Armed Forces of the Slovak Republic. The subject of the contract will also include the delivery of draft codification data for the goods subject to the contract in accordance with STANAG 4177 and according to Act no. 11/2004 Coll. on defense standardization, codification and state verification of the quality of products and services for defense purposes, as amended, and Decree of the Ministry of Defense of the Slovak Republic no. 476/2011 Coll. which establishes details on the methodology for processing draft codification data, on software for processing draft codification data, on draft codification data and on the obligations of the product supplier, as amended. Delivery of goods to the place of delivery (place of performance of the purchase contract) will also be part of the subject of the orders. The scope of the subject of a specific contract, detailed specification, specific places of delivery of the subject of the contract, as well as other additional information will be part of individual calls within the established DNS
