The subject of the procurement is the delivery, equipping, installation, assembly and fitting of furniture and additional equipment for the needs of the reconstruction of a building for public and social purposes – the Nedelišće Cultural Centre, in accordance with the bill of quantities, technical specifications and project documentation. The procurement covers the equipping of premises of various purposes within the building and associated areas, including halls, multipurpose spaces, workshop spaces, office and ancillary spaces, corridors, communications and the terrace, with functionally and aesthetically coordinated furniture and additional equipment. The subject of the procurement includes all necessary materials, manufacture, equipping, transport, unloading, installation in the building, assembly, fitting, adjustment, protection during the execution of works, removal of packaging and waste, and bringing the equipment and premises into a fully functional condition ready for use. The furniture and equipment must be new, unused, manufactured in accordance with applicable standards, technical regulations and rules of the profession, and suitable for intensive use in buildings for public and social purposes. The subject of the procurement is carried out as part of the Nedelišće Cultural Centre reconstruction project at the location cadastral plot no. 713/1, cadastral municipality Nedelišće, Ulica Maršala Tita 58 and 60, Nedelišće.
