The contract provides for 12 lots: • Lot 1 - Groupage: specific one-off shipments of packages, pallets, up to full loads. • Lot 2 - Rush: transports in the case where certain materials (in small quantities) must be sent urgently • Lot 3 - Transports with crane: There are 3 types of “transports with crane”: trucks equipped with a fixed crane on the tractor, trucks with a mobile crane on the trailer, and trucks with extendable trailer (which can transport rails up to 27 m) • Lot 4 - 2 tours* from Gent-Zeehaven with trailer truck and on-board forklift • Lot 5 - 2 tours* from Gent-Zeehaven with city trailer and tailgate • Lot 6 - 2 tours* from Gent-Zeehaven with van or small truck for IT materials (ICT) • Lot 7 - 6 tours* from Gent-Zeehaven with van, for delivery and replenishment of specific stocks (e.g. vending machines) • Lot 8 - 2 tours* from Ronet with trailer truck • Lot 9 - 2 tours* from Ronet with city trailer • Lot 10 - 2 tours* from Ronet with van or small truck for IT materials (ICT) • Lot 11 - 6 tours* from Ronet with van, for delivery and replenishment of specific stocks (for example vending machines) • Lot 12 - Storage: indoor storage (frost-free) of pallets (European format) and non-stackable goods (e.g. drums, etc.) *A tour is a weekly tour, where a fixed driver visits a fixed number of delivery points.
