eligible tenderers:
1) the tenderer shall be a malaysian-registered entity, in which case, for any consortium tenderer, all members of the consortium tenderer shall be malaysian-registered entity.2) the tenderer must be registered with unit pendaftaran kontraktor (upk) under civil, class a - head i, sub-head 1 and head i, sub-head 3(a).3) the tenderer must be accredited under cidb grade g7, category ce08.4) the tenderer must have experiences and have completed past projects (slope protection works) for the last 5 years with contract value of rm 14 million and above. tenderer must list out the relevant project(s) provide and evidence (letter of award and certificate of practical completion) for verification purposes.
