Contract Description
MARINE OIL EURO 5 (NOT EXCISED) AND COR 95 PETROL (NOT EXCISED) COR 95 PETROL (NOT EXCISED)
Supply of COR 95 PETROL (NOT EXCISED) - Quantities: for the framework agreement: minimum 30 tons, maximum 100 tons; subsequent contract: minimum 3 tons, maximum 10 tons. The minimum and maximum quantities are as specified in the specifications. Estimated calendar (frequency and value of contracts to be awarded): semi-annual/annual. The dates proposed in the estimated calendar represent the intention of the contracting authority/entity, not a firm commitment on the part of the contracting authority/entity regarding the awarding of subsequent contracts, starting from the working hypothesis that there will be no unpredictable events/circumstances that could not be taken into account at the time of the initiation of the awarding procedure, respectively the necessary financial resources will be provided.
