Description & Project Overview
The consultancy that is the subject of this tender is called “El Bosque Community Park Swimming Pool Design Consultancy – Parte Alta”. This study includes the total execution of the consultancy in accordance with the Terms of Reference attached to the tender, including all applicable laws and regulations for its correct development. The project is framed within the project plan “Construction of El Bosque Community Park, Parte Alta sector, Coquimbo”, a plan that aims to enhance and enrich the urban, cultural, and social living of the sector. The project consists of a technical evaluation, and includes the design and necessary sanitary procedures, for approval of the construction of a neighborhood or neighborhood scale swimming pool complex, which is included within the project, El Bosque Community Park, Sector Parte Alta. Which has an area of 5,621.50 m2. Of which an area of 1,766.50 m2 is defined corresponding to the intervention area, for the design of the aforementioned recreational pools or wells.
