Description & Project Overview
Purchase of pharmaceutical products, divided into 21 lots, according to the specifications. The products must be supplied by authorized distributors and comply with the technical conditions imposed by Good Distribution Practice (GDP), as well as the legislation in force regarding medicinal products for human use (Law no. 95/2006, ANMDM regulations). Clarifications can be requested up to 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers, and the contracting authority will respond to all requests at least 11 days before the deadline. All requests must be sent via
