Basic services overall project: For the sub-projects construction and exhibitions, the following basic services are commissioned in accordance with §2, AHO Issue No. 9, as of March 2020, 5th edition: • Project level 2 (only for the physics exhibition): planning, area of action A - E • Project level 3: preparation for implementation, areas of action A - E (has already been started and must be continued) • Project level 4: execution, areas of action A - E • Project level 5: project completion, Areas of action A - E *** Special services for the overall project: The following special services are commissioned in accordance with AHO Issue No. 9, as of March 2020. • Project level 1, area of action E 2 - 4: Preparation of procurement documents for experts or special specialists • Project level 5, area of action C: Creation of proof of use *** Special services for the area of TP exhibitions Fundamental to controlling the development of scientific exhibitions is their content recording and the understanding of how to deal with a very diverse range of exhibits in a technical museum. In the exhibitions sub-project, the heterogeneous user structure and the high complexity of the planning and execution process are assessed as special achievements of project management. *** Higher-level services: Unless otherwise stated, all sub-projects mentioned are included in the higher-level services. The contact persons are the sub-project managers and the user coordinators. • Cost tracking for the entire Zukini project • Change management for all sub-projects • Reporting for all sub-projects • Project communication system • Higher-level project manual • Schedule coordination and consolidation • Commissioning planning & management across the entire project *** Optional services: Optional services are requested, which can be commissioned if necessary. The need cannot yet be conclusively assessed at this point in time. Optional lines can be accessed individually. • Option: Relocation subproject, move management • Option: Extension of PS services by 3 months
