Contract Description
1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of medicinal products, which have been divided into 70 lots. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in the Assortment and Price Form, which is an annex to the SWZ. 2. The medicinal products offered must be: The Ordering Party requires that the offered subject of the order be admitted to marketing in the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with the Act of September 6, 2021, Pharmaceutical Law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 750, as amended).
