Construction of Multi-purpose Building (Phase II) @ Purok 3B, Penaplata, Samal Dist. IGACOS

1.The Barangay Penaplata intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (Php 1,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Project (ABC) I Construction of Multi-Purpose Building (Phase II) at Purok 3B, Penaplata, Samal Dist. IGACOS under PR#2026-10-099 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.2.The Barangay Penaplata now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Twenty Seven Calendar Days (127). Bidders should have completed work similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2025 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009 1. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Barangay Penaplata, the Procuring Entity] and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm working hours.2.
