The consultation preceding the signing of the Act of Acceptance was aimed at the award by CAP Excellence of a partnership contract relating to the design, construction, upkeep and GER as well as the financing, total or partial, of the new Technical Center of CAP Excellence by an economic operator or a group of economic operators. In order to bring together and improve the quality of work of its employees, the Deputy General Directorate of Resources and Means, the Deputy General Directorate of Urban Renewal and the General Directorate of Technical Resources (between 100 and 120 people), as well as the reception of the public it supports, CAP Excellence wanted to build a new tertiary building on this site. Designed on the ground floor and ground floor +1, the building will accommodate a little more than 100 workstations, various meeting rooms and reception areas and a storage area, on a floor area of 2,200 m². The exterior spaces, covering 2,990 m², will be dedicated, for the most part, to car parking but also to a forecourt, a wide planted path and a bicycle garage. In the event of semi-basement parking, the building could have an additional floor.
