Tenderer is the Kbt. Pursuant to § 106, paragraph (1), in order to carry out the acquisitions for the purchase and rental of studio equipment (light, sound, video equipment) and IT equipment necessary for the performance of the public tasks of the Bidder, as well as for the day-to-day operation, it wishes to establish a dynamic procurement system (hereinafter: DBR) in 2 categories in accordance with the EU procedure (category 1: Purchase of studio equipment and IT equipment, 2. category: Rental of studio equipment).
