1. The subject of the order is the preparation of design documentation for the construction and reconstruction of coastal groynes on the section of the sea coast at km 345.56-352.1 in the Trzebiatów commune and their construction in accordance with the documentation approved by the Ordering Party. As part of the order, the area should also be searched for the presence of hazardous materials, a ferromagnetic research report prepared, and dangerous objects removed from the beach and seabed in the area of construction of new groynes based on the ferromagnetic research report. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and the FFU constituting Annex No. 10 to the SWZ. 2. Pursuant to Art. 95 section 1 of the Act of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law, the Contractor will employ, on the basis of an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code, persons performing activities within the scope of the work covered by the subject of the contract, including: persons performing general construction works and construction machinery operators. Detailed requirements for the implementation and enforcement of the employment requirement under an employment contract are specified in the contract template constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party does not envisage the employment of persons referred to in Art. in the proceedings in question. 96 section 2 point 2 of the Public Procurement Law.
