LALO, CITY OF TAYABAS.1) The City Government of Tayabas, through the Supplemental Budget 2 - SEF intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand Six Hundred Twelve Pesos and 73/100 (Php 2,933,612.73) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.2) The City Government of Tayabas now invites bids for PROJECT # 26-094 MAJOR REPAIR OF PUBLIC SCHOOL BUILDING- LALO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (BARANGAY LALO) – BRGY. LALO, CITY OF TAYABAS .4 Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Sixty Eight (168) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.4) Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.5) The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB).6) Interested bidders may obtain further information from City Government of Tayabas and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.7) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on November 03, 2026 (Tuesday) from the address given below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Five Thousand Pesos (P 5,000.00).8) It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity, provided that bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids.9) Bids must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat through manual submission at the address indicated below or (ii) online or electronic submission through the electronic bidding facility of the PhilGEPS, as indicated below] on or before November 10, 2026 (Tuesday)10:00 a.m..
