Poland – Vegetables, fruits and nuts – Successive deliveries of fruit and vegetables - part VI for 2027

The scope of the order includes successive deliveries of fruit and vegetables to units served by the Lublin Educational Economic and Administrative Center. 2. Additional information: 2.1. The Lublin Educational Economic and Administrative Center is responsible for conducting the public procurement procedure, and contracts are concluded with the units operated in accordance with the division into parts. 2.2. The proceedings will be conducted on the website: https://ezamowienia.gov.pl/mp-client/search/list/ocds-148610-7b747abc-f6f1-40b7-90b6-af461703d6a9 2.3. The ordering party will exclude from the procedure a contractor subject to exclusion under Art. 108 of the Public Procurement Law and subject to exclusion pursuant to Art. 7 section 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022 on special solutions for counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and for the protection of national security (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 514) and pursuant to Art. 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (OJ EU No. L 229 of 31/07/2014, p. 1), as amended by Council Regulation (EU) 2022/576 amending Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 regarding restrictive measures in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (OJ EU No. L 111 of 8/04/2022, page 1). 2.4. in accordance with point 16 of the SWZ, the Bidder must submit a bid bond before the deadline for submitting offers, in the amount of: part I - PLN 5,000 (in words: five thousand zlotys); parts II - PLN 5,100 (in words: five thousand one hundred zlotys); parts III - PLN 5,200 (in words: five thousand two hundred zlotys); parts IV - PLN 5,300 (in words: five thousand three hundred zlotys); parts V - PLN 5,400 (in words: five thousand four hundred zlotys); parts VI - PLN 5,500 (in words: five thousand five hundred zlotys) 2.5. The conditions for the execution of the order are specified in the contract template constituting Annex No. 22 to the SWZ, posted on the website of the conducted procedure. 2.6. Pursuant to Art. 139 of the Act, the contracting authority will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the contractor whose offer receives the highest assessment in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure. 2.7. The contractor will be bound by his offer until December 31, 2026. 2.8. Communication in the procedure, excluding the submission of offers/requests to participate in the procedure, takes place electronically.
